Store Policies

When your order arrives check the order to make sure the items you ordered are correct.  Contact us immediately if there is a mistake in your order.   Sonny 336-643-1367

Return Policy
All returned items must have written approval from Sonny Productions LLC.    The returned item(s) MUST NOT be used, worn, soiled, ironed, washed, or in any condition other than new “as shipped” condition.    Any item or items removed and not returned with the product – NO Refunds & NO Credit will be given.

Non-Approved Returns
You order an item then you decide you dont want the item.  We will issue a refund of your purchase price less a 25% restocking fee.   We do NOT refund shipping cost.

Wrong Size / Color Policy
Contact us within 10 days of the date your order was sent.
You order the wrong size or color and want to exchange the item. We have a simple exchange policy. Simply return the item along with a check, money order for shipping the correct item back to you and we will send you the new requested size or color. Any returned item(s) MUST NOT be used, worn, soiled, ironed, washed, or in any condition other than new “as shipped” condition. We suggest that you insure any items for return to protect yourself from loss. After 10 days no corrections will be made.

Errors and Omissions
Contact us within 10 days of the date your order was sent.
We do our best to avoid these type of errors, but sometimes they still occur. We reserve the right to make corrections whenever needed. We refund std shipping cost only to return an item that was shipped wrong. After 10 days no corrections will be made.

Refused Orders
All Refused Orders. A $25.00 restocking fee plus any shipping charges is charged to all refused orders.

Sales – Closeout – Discontinued Items
All sales of these items are as is and final. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

Used Items
All sales of these items are as is and final. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES

Legal
All issues or disputes involving Sonny Productions Merchandise or anyone acting on its behalf, whether the issue or dispute involves the purchase of products or any other dispute, shall be resolved, whether by arbitration or legal action, within Rockingham County, North Carolina.
