All orders are shipped USPS – Flat Rate Priority Mail with a tracking # provided by USPS.

Orders Shipped
Orders are normally shipped 1-7 days from receiving your order. Weekends, Holidays, and severe weather may cause delays in your order being shipped but very seldom.

Flat Rate Shipping
We charge a Flat Rate for Shipping in the Lower 48 States – The Continental United States – no matter how many items you order shipping stays the same one low price. Order One (1) item, or order ten (10) items the shipping is Flat Rate.   Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories the shipping is at current rates quoted from USPS at time of shipping your order.

International Shipping
ALL International Shipping is at current rates quoted from USPS at time of shipping your order. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks.   This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen and we are NOT responsible for any customs delays.

Shipping Address
When you (the buyer) checkout with PayPal, you add your shipping address or the address you want the items you purchased shipped to.   If the buyers mailing address and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, we will send the order to the shipping address you provided through PayPal.The address you put in is the address we ship to.   If you put in your address wrong it is not our fault.    Double check to make sure you have the right shipping address entered.

USPS Returns an Order because of wrong or insufficient mailing address.
We ship to the address YOU provide us when you place your order.   We are NOT responsible for wrong or insufficient mailing address.    Orders that are returned and have to be re-shipped to the corrected address you will have to pay shipping to have your order reshipped.

Refused Orders
All Refused Orders. A $25.00 restocking fee plus any shipping charges is charged to all refused orders.

What is the area of the lower 48 states?
The definition of “continental United States” that we and most other major survey organizations use includes the 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories the shipping is at current rates from the USPS.
